Bang Bang Chicken Fried Rice

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 lb boneless (450 g)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 green onions
