Brownie Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

Yields 12 servings

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (or allergy friendly sub)
  • 3 cups mashed banana
  • 1 cup milk (of choice or water)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or honey or agave)
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (or chocolate protein powder)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips ((optional))

    Preheat oven to 350 F. Line or grease a 9x13 inch pan. Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl to form a batter. Smooth into the pan, and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool, then serve hot or cold. If you can wait, the flavor is even richer the next day!View Nutrition Facts
