- 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour (Can substitute whole wheat or gluten-free blend)

- 1 tsp Baking powder (For crispness)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (Or melted butter for richer flavor)
- 6 –8 tbsp Cold water (Add gradually just enough to form dough)
- 1 tbsp Seasonings (Optional: rosemary garlic powder, or herbs)
