Ingredients

Yields 6 servings

  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour (Can substitute whole wheat or gluten-free blend)
  • ½ tsp Salt (Adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp Baking powder (For crispness)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (Or melted butter for richer flavor)
  • 6 –8 tbsp Cold water (Add gradually just enough to form dough)
  • 1 tbsp Seasonings (Optional: rosemary garlic powder, or herbs)

Method

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Mix flour, salt, baking powder, seasonings.

    Add olive oil and stir into coarse crumbs.

    Gradually mix in cold water to form dough.

    Knead gently for 30 seconds.

    Divide dough, roll thin (1/16 inch).

    Cut into shapes with pizza cutter.

    Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.

    Prick with fork to prevent puffing.

    Brush with oil/water; add toppings.
