Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk (90℉)
- 2 ½ tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons fine sea salt
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
- For Egg Wash: 1 egg white , 1 tablespoon water (beaten)
