Ingredients
Yields 20 servings
- 1 cup fruit juice (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)
- 2 tablespoons honey (30 ml)
- 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder (27 g)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (25 g)
Method
8 steps
- 1
Set out silicone gummy molds on a flat tray so they are ready to fill.

Pour the fruit juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin evenly over the top. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- 3
Add the lemon juice and honey to the saucepan.
- 4
Place the saucepan over low heat and stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth. Do not let it boil.
- 5
Carefully spoon or use a dropper to fill the silicone molds evenly with the mixture.
- 6
Transfer the molds to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.
- 7
Once set, remove the gummies from the molds and roll them lightly in granulated sugar.
- 8
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
