Homemade Baby Yogurt Melts Recipe

Ingredients
Yields 25 servings
- 1/4 cup banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 cup greek yogurt (see above for substitutions)
- *You can add few drops of monk fruit to sweeten more*
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt *You can add few drops of monk fruit to sweeten more* (see above for substitutions)
- 1/4 cup nectarine

Take your greek yogurt and add to your blender or into a bowl if you are using a hand blender. Add in your chopped fresh or frozen fruit. Blend well. If the mixture is too runny, add a little more yogurt. See the tips above.

Put yogurt mixture into a zip lock bag or piping bag. Cut a small hole in the end. The smaller the hole, the better. See tips above on piping out the mixture.

Pipe onto the lined cookie sheet. I made mine 5 cm in diameter Freeze for approx 2 hours.

Keep stored in the freezer until ready to eat in an airtight container or ziplock bag.
