Homemade Cool Ranch Doritos
These babies are gluten free, have no inflammatory oils, and are ready in 15 minutes! This recipe serves 2-3 and are best served right away, as in, a great make for game night for friends or fam! However they can be reheated in the oven or air fryer for a min to re-crisp

Ingredients

Doritos
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1.5 tsp nutritional yeast
- 0.75 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried chives

Brush tortillas with avocado oil on both sides.

Slice each tortilla into 6–8 chips.

Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Apply a quick avocado oil spray to the baked chips, transfer to a paper or silicone bag, add the seasoning mixture, and shake to coat evenly.
